Hi, I'm Lucy Hassell

I love real estate! After a 10 year career in marketing and public relations I entered the real estate profession. That was in 1987 and I've never looked back.

In 1988, I was rookie of the year in my Silver Spring, MD office. As I gained experience and earned a reputation as a hard working professional, I gradually expanded my business throughout the Washington DC tri-state metro area.

When I first began to practice real estate, it was common for real estate agents to limit their business to 1 or 2 neighborhoods and "hold all the cards" as far as valuable information is concerned. Those simpler days of the "neighborhood specialist" and proprietary information no longer fit the reality of a constantly changing and expanding metropolitan area. Todays's real estate consumer needs a fast track to comprehensive information analysis whether a city dweller or suburbanite.

Because life can change on a dime, so do one's real estate choices. When career changes, life cycle transitions, or unexpected events arise, you need a real estate professional who can respond quickly with information and a plan of action to get you from where you are to where you want to be--with maximum benefits and minimum stress.
